What did you learn from your "mindfulness conversation"?
I found it difficult to really focus on listening, and remember what was being said. However, once I focused more on only listening and not rembering, it was interesting how fast time would pass by, and how much I would actually remember. I also found that I enjoyed the conversation more than usual.
Which of the three suggested techniques will you use to sustain your practice?
I'll sustain my practice by keeping my sessions relatively short. If it is only a few minutes I am able to easily find time throughout the day to practice.
