How does life look through the "pleasure, passion and purpose" lense?
It makes a lot of sense that purpose, is the most sustainable path to happiness. If you love what your are doing, or what you are a part of, the other stages of happiness will come naturally.
From the "discovering values and higher purpose" exercise: What are your core values? What do you stand for?
I did the journalling exercise, and figuring out your core values is not an easy task. Based on what I wrote my core values include: living a fulfilling life, treat your body well (be healthy), treat others with respect, have an open mind and don't judge, be honest and geniune to who you are. Therefore I would say I stand for being yourself, and do whatever makes you happy. No matter what others say.
How did you find the resilence ideas and meditation exercise?
I had a hard time with this exercises because I couldn't envision a time when I truly failed. Not that I haven't failed before, but I rarely get distraught about failure, or I don't focus on it enough to remember such occurences vividly. Maybe I am already more resilient than I thought.
